Our Medical Tourism service in 7 steps

Xetica Argentina gives, through our Foreign Patients Department, an international medical tourism service of international standards. You can hereinafter find aesthtic tourism service in 7 steps:-

1. Your contact with Xetica Argentina

The patient contact us via email or through our toll free number 1-877-7-XETICA (938422) or simply ask for a free quotation using our on-line form

Our assistants contact the patient to the phone number or email by him/her provided and forward information of the consulted proceedings as well as a quotation and details of trip.

Note: In order to forward a "Final" quotation, the patient should send photos of body area/s to be treated. Please read our guide for taking photos and send them to photos@xetica.com . Depending on the proceeding, previous medical tests can also be requested .

Important!! Only our doctors are allowed to see the photos.

2. We plan your Medical Tourism Trip

Once a 30% payment of total value for proceedings is made -see payment options- a date for the trip is assigned as well as the reservation of operating room, hotel accommodation and transfers. The remaining 70% payment shall be settled the day of consultation with doctor in Buenos Aires.

3. Welcome to Buenos Aires!

One of our English speaker patient assistant picks you up at the airport (Ministro Pistarini - Ezeiza) and takes you to your hotel.

Note: Only for Full Package services (with accommodation, transfers, etc. included)

4. First consultation with your doctor

The patient, before the Procedures, should make all the medical tests needed and indicated according to each procedure. An assistant of Xetica Argentina can go with you to make the medical tests, under your request.

5. The procedure is performed

An assistant of Xetica Argentina will escort you to the medical institution where the procedure is to be performed. If you hired a tour, you can go on tour 2 or 3 days after the Procedures with the previous doctor's consent.

Note: If you have booked an excursion, previous authorization of your doctor, you will able to take it.

6. Post Op Follow ups

Alter the procedure your doctor is going to see you 2 or 3 times to verify everything is all right and to take the stitches out (depending on procedure)

7. Discharge and refreshing back home

In the last consultation, the doctor will discharge you and give consent for going back home. One of our assistants will escort you to the airport and, of course, you can keep making all consultations needed once you are at home.
