Thank you just isn't enough in expressing my gratitude to the wonderful team at Xetica Argentina ! I am still lost for words, and it has been over 3 months since you did my procedure. Every day seems to be a new and wonderful experience for me! The compliments that I have and still receive from not only my husband but from family and friends instill the fact that I made a wonderful decision!!

I had been contemplating plastic surgery for years, but was not quite happy with the surgeons I saw here in the states or especially with the cost for it. After corresponding with your company and another company there in Buenos Aires , my husband and I decided to take a visit to Argentina . We meet with Monica Pal and Dr. Silvestre at Xetica along with meeting with the other company. Needless to say, both my husband and I were "blown out of the water" by Monica and Dr. Silvestre (along with our driver: Mariano Sosa Moline). We never quite felt confident or comfortable, and even a bit leery, with the other company there. But with everything Monica did to set up a full tour of the town there with Mariano and then my first consultation with Dr. Silvestre, that really was the icing on the cake!

Monica Pal, from the start, was organized, professional, very helpful, extremely informative, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and acted with much kindness! She always kept me informed and worked tirelessly, because I had endless amount of questions, to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Plus, she orchestrated me getting to know my driver, Mariano. Because of that I got to go on 3 or more tours of his which was an added delight in learning and enjoying Buenos Aires for me and my husband on my first visit, then for my girlfriend who came with me to be there during surgery and then for my son and me when I returned for a check-up after surgery. Also, the hotel where Monica suggested for me to stay was perfect for access to the area, recouping and comfort, plus the benefit of being surrounded by other people recuperating from plastic surgery was a lot of fun and of great interest.

Now, it is no secret my feelings toward Dr. Silvestre. After my initial consultation with him both my husband and I felt at ease and confident that he was the right doctor for me. He treated me as a valuable patient and that nothing was more important than making sure I knew what I could expect, what he could provide for me, and keeping me feeling cared for! Knowing he was the right doctor for me, I was eager to start the procedure immediately and it seemed he was willing to drop everything else and make it happen for me. Dr. Silvestre was always extremely knowledgeable, always informative, amazingly compassionate, and took an absorbent amount of time and energy to answer my endless questions! He was professional in all aspects of his work; meanwhile, he was also personal in such a way that I was completely comfortable and felt like family to him. Dr. Silvestre to me, and even to my girlfriend that came with me during my operation, was the most perfect and best doctor, and a special friend! My girlfriend has had plastic surgery herself here in the United States and she was amazed by the care and comfort I received! Dr. Silvestre is an extremely talented, wonderful doctor and a bit of a perfectionist, which is good to have in a plastic surgeon! But best of all is his compassion and heart!!!

Again I want to emphasize the wonderful decision I made by utilizing Xetica Argentina .

The procedure was relatively painless and the recovery was remarkable due to the attention from Dr. Silvestre, Monica, the hotel staff, and Mariano. Not to mention the wonderful sites, food, and wine there in Buenos Aires !!! Of course, I was sore, but it did not limit me after a couple of days of rest and then after a month or so I was able to resume many physical activities. I love shopping now and still look in the mirror in awe at my new figure. I am not embarrassed or uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit or special tops now. This has really boosted my confidence. I am forever indebted to you and your team for making me one "Hot Tamale". I am a true example of a wonderful experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend (and have)!!!
