Estimated quotation

The first quotation given by XETICA ARGENTINA is an estimation budget. The final amount to be paid by the patient will be confirmed after the evaluation of one of our professional doctors of photos supplied by the patient. This "final" quotation can be modified if, at the moment when the patient is consulting in situ our doctors, the physician determines that there are differences between the photos forwarded by the patient and his real physical condition.

Consultations made to the Information Centre for Patients are free of charge and does not exist any obligation between the patient and XETICA ARGENTINA .

Additional

If, after having attended a pre-Procedures consultation, the patient decides to perform other additional or different procedures he/she should inform this decision to any responsible member of XETICA ARGENTINA in order to modify or extend the quotation taking into consideration any additional cost.

The period of the post-Procedures recovery time will be stated by our surgeon and it will be no longer than 21 days (period of time recommended for complex surgeries); nevertheless, you the patient can request an additional extension to stay in Buenos Aires through an additional payment cost, under the same preferred rates.

Possible Complications

Before the surgical procedure, the patient must sign the following documents where they declares their express consent to undergo the desired Procedures, being aware of the risks that may imply the requested intervention.

He/she should inform the doctor at the pre-Procedures consultation about his/her Medical Background as well as to get information about all doubts the patient may have with respect to possible complications, risks inherent to any surgical procedure and recovery period. Everything related to general anesthesia, allergic reactions and post-Procedures processes will also be discussed.

The doctor will decide if it is possible to combine more than one Procedures in one surgical procedure without any risk to the patent. In case of any risk, the surgeon may decide to perform procedures in two or more interventions.

Cancellation or Desistance

If, after the pre-Procedures consultation, the doctor confirms that there exists any physiological impediment or that the procedure has a very high risk, XETICA ARGENTINA can deny to perform them and will only invoice expenses for accommodation, transportation, hired services and assistance.
Any change in or annulment of trip should be notified by email.

If the patient decides to cancel the trip after paying the reservation (30% of total amount) it will not be reimbursed to the patient in any case. Nevertheless, the patient can request to get the paid amount reserved and this reservation lasts only for 6 months maximum.

If the patient decides to cancel the trip after having paid the total amount, 70% of payment will be reimbursed (the reservation will no t be reimbursed in any case) or he/she can request to get the amount paid reserved and reservation lasts only for 6 months maximum. 

If the patient, being already in Argentina , decides to cancel a previously hired proceeding, he/her will get a reimbursement equal to the amount paid for the Procedures not being performed, but not the 30% reservation amount and expenses incurred at that moment.

Responsibility of Xetica Argentina - Extent

The responsibility for all medical acts totally corresponds to the physician and his team. The patient unbinds XETICA ARGENTINA of such responsibility.
If there exists complications that require hospital confinement and/or additional interventions to the ones hired, XETICA ARGENTINA will supply a quotation for it /them and it will be totally paid by the patient.

In plastic surgeries, it is understood that there exist the possibility of discrepancies between doctor and patient. It is understood that the physician is doing his best to get results as closer as the expectations of the patient with respect to their aesthetics results.

Legislation

The relations that XETICA ARGENTINA keeps with its web users arising from the use of information given on these web pages, are hereby under the Law of the Republic of Argentina, expressly waiving any jurisdiction of their own, if any, and accepting the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
